During the European Data Protection Board Plenary, held on the 19th of November 2021, the Guidelines 05/2021 on the interplay between the application of Article 3 and the provisions on international transfers as per Chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation was adopted.

This document is opened for public consultation until the end of the January 2022, period within which the proposals can be submitted by the interested persons.
