Exercising the attributions conferred to it by law, the Supervisory Authority has drafted and submits to the public’s attention a draft new decision (link) establishing the cases of personal data processing in which it is not necessary to submit a notification, as well as on modifying and abolishing other decisions.

With regard to this normative decision, opinions may be transmitted within 10 days from the date this announcement is posted, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 52/2003 on decisional transparency within the public administration.
