on the processing of personal data performed by the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing through the form for declaring the Data Protection Officer

The National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing with the premises in 28-30 G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru Boulevard, 1st district, Bucharest, tel. +40.31.805.9211, fax: +40.31.805.9602, website: www.dataprotection.ro, email: anspdcp[at]dataprotection.ro, is processing personal data through the “Data Protection Officer” form, available on its website (www.dataprotection.ro).

The purpose of the processing and the legal base of the processing

Pursuant to Article 37 (7) of the General Data Protection Regulation, the controller or the processor shall publish the contact details of the data protection officer (“DPO”) and communicate them to ANSPDCP. In order to carry out its tasks, ANSPDCP is processing the personal data concerning the DPOs in order to communicate with them, if necessary. In this context, the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in ANSPDCP, according to Article 6 (1) (e) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The categories of personal data processed

The identification data and the contact details of DPO: surname, name, functions, email address, contact address, telephone number, fax number, IP address from where the form is filled in/modified, the used browser.

Categories of recipients of the personal data

The employees of ANSPDCP may have access to the data concerning the DPO by virtue of performing their service duties. The collected data is not transferred to third parties.

Your rights and how to exercise them

Pursuant to the applicable legal provisions, you have the right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to objects, right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing. In order to exercise your rights, please contact directly the Data Protection Officer within ANSPDCP at: dpo[at]dataprotection.ro or in writing at the premises of ANSPDCP 28-30 G-ral. Complaint

If you consider that the processing of your personal data by ANSPDCP infringes the General Data Protection Regulation, you may file a complaint with ANSPDCP.
