EDPB Plenary – June 2025

At the Plenary meeting of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB), held in June 2025, the Guidelines no. 2/2024 on Article 48 GDPR on transfers to third countries were adopted in their final form.

Opinions no. 11/2015 and no. 12/2025 on the draft decisions of the Dutch DPA on BCR of ASML Group and Signify Group were also adopted.
