EDPB Plenary – 20.06.2023
Within the Plenary of the European Data Protection Board that took place on 20th of June 2023, the following documents were adopted:
- Template complaint form, aiming to standardize the practice and use at the level of the EU member states, voluntarily;
- Recommendation no. 1/2022 on the application for approval and on the elements and principles to be found in Controller Binding Corporate Rules (art. 47 GDPR), final form (after public consultation)
