EDPB Plenaries – January 2026

During the Plenary Sessions of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB), held on 15 and 20 January 2026, the Joint Opinion no. 1/2026 of the EDPB and EDPS on the Proposal for a Regulation as regards the simplification of the implementation of harmonised rules on artificial intelligence (Digital Omnibus on AI) was assessed and adopted.
