EDPB Plenary – May 2023
Within the Plenary of the European Data Protection Board that took place on 24-25th of May 2023, the following documents were adopted:
- Guidelines 4/2022 on the calculation of administrative fines (after public consultation)
- Guidelines 3/2021 on the application of Article 65(1)(a) (after public consultation)
With this occasion, the election for the positions of president and vice-president of the European Data Protection Committee took place.
