The president of the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, Mrs. Ancuţa Gianina Opre issued Decision 41/2014 on the establishment of an authorization model for the data transfer based on the Binding Corporate Rules (BCR).

The new normative act was published in the Official Journal of Romania no. 218 of 27^th of March 2014, Part I.
