Decision no. 64/2023 – Article 41 GDPR
The National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing issued Decision no. 64 of 17th of May 2023 on the approval of the Requirements for accreditation of the monitoring body of the codes of conduct pursuant to Article 41 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
The decision was published within the Romanian Official Gazette no. 527 of 14th of June 2021, Part I and entered into force from the date of publication. Through this decision, based on Article 41 from Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the accreditation requirements for a monitoring body of the codes of conduct were established.
