EDPB Plenary – January 2022
During the European Data Protection Board Plenary, held remotely in January 2022, the Guidelines 01/2022 on data subject rights - Right of access was adopted.
This document seeks to support the natural persons, but also the controllers with clarifications and practical application examples, in order to give efficiency to the provisions of Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The guide is under public consultation procedure until the date of 11th of March 2022.
