The draft decision on the approval of the requirements for accreditation of the monitoring body of the codes of conduct pursuant to Article 41 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 is subject to the public debate according to Law no. 52/2003 on the decisional transparency in public administration, republished, with the subsequent amendments and completions, being available here.

The requirements for accreditation of the monitoring body of the codes of conduct pursuant to Article 41 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 were provided to the European Data Protection Board, that pronounced through Opinion no. 3/2023, in accordance with Article 64 from Regulation EU 2016/679.
